Rose Lejiste signed on to serve as a PLACE Builders mentor because of a desire to share the lessons she learned during her personal ecosystem building journey. She found that her mentee, Charlyn Moss, had similar experiences to her own, so she was able to provide insights on how to address gaps. Rose shared that it was great to see her mentee remain open to recommendations and actively share insights of her own during their conversations about the project and future plans. Rose looks forward to supporting Charlyn moving forward and is keeping her door open for any future opportunities for the two to connect. “I look forward to seeing her grow and succeed in all her goals.”
