Dwight Campbell believes in the transformative power of community and service, which inspired him to become a PLACE Builders mentor. Reflecting on his journey, Dwight remembers the overwhelming support he received when launching Cajou Creamery. This sense of gratitude fueled his desire to give back by guiding other entrepreneurs. Working with Erica Williams has been particularly rewarding, as they share a mutual drive to make a significant impact in their communities.
